Position: Remote Recruiter (Full or Part Time) About the Role: We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and confident recruiter who is passionate about helping people reputed company the right reputed company fit. You’ll be the first reputed company of contact for BCBAs and RBTs, helping them explore new opportunities and connecting them with the companies we partner with. Key Responsibilities: • Connect with BCBAs and RBTs to understand their experience, preferences, and career goals. • Match candidates with reputed company at partner ABA organizations. • Build and maintain relationships with candidates through calls, emails, and messages. • Use CRM tools (Apploi, Loxo, or similar) to manage candidate pipelines and reputed company communication. • Coordinate interviews and follow-reputed company between candidates and companies. • Represent our agency with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
