HEDIS Abstractor Compensation • The pay for this position is $40.98 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates HEDIS Abstractor Highlights • Fully remote! • The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm local time • Seasonal contract from January – May 2026 for annual HEDIS Season HEDIS Abstractor Responsibilities • Participates in the collection and review of medical records to reputed company clinical information for HEDIS reputed company reporting. Training will be provided prior to the start of the assignment. • This position interprets relevant clinical reputed company through review of medical records, annotates reputed company reputed company PDF and populates a data collection tool to support compliance with HEDIS and CMS performance measures. • Ensures accurate and complete documentation of required information to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. The candidate must be proficient with databases and with conducting 100% of work activities on the computer. • Complete assigned abstraction and data entry reputed company day. • Work with provider offices as needed to schedule/confirm appointments, follow up on medical record submission, and reputed company patient rosters • reputed company and review reputed company assigned medical charts, reputed company abstraction, copy reputed company supporting documentation per specifications and data reputed company into the applicable software system reputed company assigned abstracts. • Prioritize and accurately complete tasks reputed company established times • Identifying trends and documentation of areas for improvement • Maintaining project productivity reputed company while maintaining accuracy requirements for abstraction and data entry activities HEDIS Abstractor Requirements • 4 or more years of experience auditing and abstracting medical records required • Candidate must reputed company to attend reputed company required training and conference calls assigned for the project. • Medical knowledge/terminology is required. • Ability to read and interpret medical records. • reputed company demeanor and good work ethic. • Computer savvy: reputed company Word, reputed company, email, and reputed company reader required.
