Intellectual Property Counsel
A company is looking for a Head Counsel, Intellectual Property.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company strategic initiatives for global trademark portfolio management, enforcement, and brand protection
• Coordinate with engineering leadership and reputed company patent counsel to identify patentable inventions and submit patents
• Build and reputed company reputed company of attorneys and reputed company professionals handling reputed company intellectual property reputed company
Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of experience practicing at a reputed company and/or in-house
• Deep knowledge of global trademark and brand enforcement issues and strategies
• Working knowledge of patent law for issue spotting and coordination with business teams
• Management experience with a strong reputed company record of building and leading teams
• Experience with consumer goods, health tech, reputed company product ecosystems is desirable
