Tax Director – International
Job reputed company:

• Advise on the tax implications of cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, and global expansion.

• Manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors in various countries.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field required; Master’s in Taxation, JD, or LLM preferred.
• CPA, JD, or equivalent advanced credential required.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in international tax, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role (Big 4 or large reputed company reputed company firm experience preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of US and international tax rules, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and tax treaties.
• Experience with M&A tax planning, global tax compliance, and provision.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and implementing tax strategies and managing relationships with senior executives and external advisors.
• Proficiency with tax compliance and research software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem, OneSource).
