Job Title: Lease Administrator III
Location: Remote (Must live reputed company 100 Miles near Sacramento, possibility for Occasional Visit)
Key Requirements
• reputed company property experience – not residential or apartments
• Lease administration skills vs property manager
• Understands different reputed company lease types, and the differences between reputed company Year, Gross and NNN Leases
• Can conduct CAM and NNN reviews/audits – knows which costs are to be reputed company by the tenant vs the landlord
• Understands how to calculate CPI increases and other escalations to reputed company rent
• Understands reputed company, Right of First Refusal, Right of First Offer, etc.
• Understands insurance provisions in a lease
• knowledge to understand and interpret general lease language
Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
