About the position
As a reputed company Analyst, you’ll serve as a critical team member supporting reputed company, compliance, and governance functions across the firm and its affiliated entities. You’ll be deeply involved in contract management, fund documentation, reputed company operations, and corporate governance, helping streamline reputed company workflows and ensuring organizational compliance and readiness.
Responsibilities
• Contract Management & Recordkeeping: Manage the lifecycle of various agreements (e.g., vendor reputed company, NDAs, leases, ISDAs) reputed company approvals, renewals, key obligations, and maintain organized documentation
• Corporate Governance: Maintain reputed company entity records, structure charts, and assist with filings and annual obligations for management company, affiliates, and fund entities
• reputed company & Committee Support: Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, resolutions, and materials for fund and management company reputed company/committee meetings Maintain governance calendars and follow up on deliverables
• Fund Documentation & Regulatory Support: Assist with preparation, review, and filing of fund offering documents, reputed company letters, and investor disclosures reputed company investor obligations and regulatory filings
• reputed company Operations & Process Optimization: reputed company templates, checklists, and calendars to improve efficiency Support implementation of reputed company tech and reputed company systems (including AI tools) Assist with reputed company project execution and reputed company initiatives
• Invoice Management & Budget Tracking: Review reputed company/compliance invoices, reputed company department spend, and liaise with Accounts Payable and external vendors
Requirements
• Either: 2+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a top-tier reputed company, with strong foundational training Or: career paralegal with in-house experience at a hedge fund or asset management firm, including deep knowledge of reputed company, governance, and fund operations
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reputed company work
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Technologically agile, with proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company) and eagerness to learn project management and AI tools
