Contract Attorney CT/MA-barred Remote Research (Short Term)
Our reputed company - full-service litigation reputed company with strong regional reputed company - is seeking a CT or MA-barred research-reputed company contract attorney to support reputed company reputed company and consumer finance reputed company on a short-term (two week) reputed company. This fully remote role is ideal for an attorney with a bit of experience (4 years ideal) who may be reputed company to a potentially longer duration arrangement Responsibilities include: Drafting memoranda, motions, and briefs for federal and state court reputed company Supporting appellate reputed company and litigation Conducting in-depth reputed company research on financial institution operations, insurance coverage disputes, and tort liability Assisting with class reputed company defense and reputed company risk litigation Ideal candidates will have: Law review or journal experience Exposure to appellate reputed company or clerkship experience Strong analytical and writing skills Interest in growing reputed company a national litigation reputed company Comfortability with two-week duration (potentially longer) reputed company
