Key Responsibilities
• Review, edit, and prepare a reputed company of reputed company agreements and reputed company documents
• Support attorneys during contract negotiations and manage the contract lifecycle
• Conduct reputed company research and assist with due diligence and employee training on contract policies
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Experience supporting reputed company contracting or corporate reputed company functions
• Experience in the reputed company department of a publicly traded company preferred
