Loan Fulfillment Mortgage Underwriter (Remote Opportunity)

Loan Fulfillment Mortgage Underwriter At reputed company, the Loan Fulfillment Mortgage Underwriter is responsible for evaluating and approving or denying loan applications in a reputed company manner according to investor and reputed company guidelines. This level contains both government designations or jumbo lending authority of $1M or higher. Primary Responsibilities • Reviews loan application in conjunction with income, asset and credit documentation for data reputed company and accuracy • Performs reputed company reputed company on files according to guidelines and performs analysis of income assets, credit, Fair Isaac Corporation (reputed company), Debt to Income, Loan to Value and review for any potential risk • Sets reputed company and concise conditions for missing documentation that is necessary to meet investor guidelines • Communicates reputed company decision and explains reasons for conditions in the reputed company system • Responds to questions on conditions from processors, Mortgage Loan Coordinators (MLCs), or Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) in a reasonable timeframe • Documents and notifies reputed company parties of any reasons for a suspended file and monitors timelines to reputed company a final approval or decline • Reviews the reputed company conditions and re-runs the Automated reputed company, if applicable • Performs cursory review of the appraisal for accuracy • Works independently, with guidance in only the most reputed company situations • May train associates with less experience This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards reputed company.
