About HNO Manor
HNO Manor is a growing, design led fashion brand inspired by 2000s Y2K culture and statement couture aesthetics. Our hero product is a signature woman tracksuit line, supported by limited drops across apparel, jewelry, and accessories.
We are seeking an experienced Fashion Brand Operations & Strategy Consultant to help build the internal systems, structure, and strategic foundation required for long term growth.
This is not a PR, marketing, or influencer role.
Role Overview
This consultant will work directly with the founder to design and document the operating system of the brand: covering product structure, pricing, supply chain logic, collections, and business strategy.
The goal is clarity, sustainability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Product Strategy
• Define clear product lanes (core signature products vs made to order vs limited drops vs RTS vs preorder)
• Help determine what products stay, rotate, or retire
• Clarify brand positioning and long term vision
• Assist in identifying hero products and supporting products
Operations & Systems
• Design a clear operating structure for the business
• Organize dropshipping, made to order, preorder, and bulk inventory models
• Help create repeatable processes for launches and production
• Advise on inventory flow and SKU structure
Pricing & Profitability
• Review current pricing across apparel, jewelry, and accessories
• Establish healthy margin targets by product category
• Help correct underpricing of handmade or couture level products
• Build a simple, logical pricing framework
Collections & Planning
• Advise on collection structure (seasonal vs drop based)
• Help plan releases without over saturating the brand
• Align creative direction with business sustainability
Growth & Readiness
• Provide strategic guidance on scaling the brand responsibly
• Advise on when (and when not) to pursue wholesale, investors, or outside capital
• Identify operational gaps that could limit growth if not addressed early
What This Role Is NOT
• Not a marketing manager role
• Not a social media role
• Not a PR or influencer outreach role
• Not responsible for running ads or content calendars
This role is strategy + structure, not execution.
Ideal Candidate
• Experience working with fashion or apparel brands (DTC preferred)
• Strong understanding of fashion operations, pricing, and margins
• Familiarity with made to order, dropship, preorder, and bulk models
• Able to translate creative vision into structured business systems
• Calm, analytical, and collaborative working style
• Comfortable advising a founder led brand in a growth phase
Contract Details
• Project-based engagement (4–8 weeks preferred, adjustable)
• Flexible schedule

• Budget: Competitive / Based on experience (project fee)
