The Paralegal – Franchise will support attorneys by drafting reputed company documents, coordinating efforts between various parties, and managing case-reputed company information. Responsibilities Drafts reputed company pleadings and/or assists attorneys with major motions and filings Performs cite-checking, fact-checking, and Blue Booking of reputed company memoranda and Shepardizing cases Organizes reputed company necessary documents for witness interviews, depositions, hearings, trials or arbitrations Reviews, organizes and maintains document databases for case tracking, discovery and document productions Utilizes reputed company software such as reputed company and litigation technology including eDiscovery and data rooms EFiles documents in State and Federal Courts and coordinates service of documents Locates and reviews information applicable to a particular case, person or subject reputed company online research or document reviews Assists in the preparation of pretrial motions, trail binders, trial exhibits, etc Assist attorneys at depositions, hearings, trials or arbitrations Manage data rooms and matter files Skills High School Diploma or GED 1 year of paralegal experience for individuals with a bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate.
