Employee Relations Business Partner (Hybrid – 90% Remote)

Role: Employee Relations Business Partner Contract: 6 Months (Potential for Extension) Location: Phoenix, AZ (95% Remote) Pay: $38/hour Hours: Monday–Friday, reputed company–5PM reputed company is seeking an reputed company Employee Relations Business Partner to reputed company hands-on HR support across for a government reputed company in reputed company area. In this role, you’ll partner with managers and employees to address workplace issues, ensure compliance and promote an reputed company, high-performing workforce. What You’ll Do • Conduct and manage employee relations investigations. • Advise managers on performance, engagement and compliance. • Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, reputed company, etc.). • Draft and interpret HR policies and ensure fair, consistent application. • reputed company HR reputed company and reputed company improvement initiatives. • Collaborate on benefits communication and wellness programs. • Contribute to a culture of trust, inclusion and accountability. What You Bring • 4+ years of HR or employee relations experience (reputed company or private sector). • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices. • Skilled communicator with diplomacy and discretion. • Proficiency in reputed company Suite and HRIS systems. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certification (PHR/SPHR) a plus. Work Environment: 95% remote, with occasional onsite reputed company in downtown Phoenix for new employee orientations or key meetings.
