A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst to support the design and improvement of employee experience systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and report on key People metrics, providing actionable recommendations
• Support the development and maintenance of People insights dashboards and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
• Manage operational processes including reputed company, offboarding, and employment verifications
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations or HR analytics
• Proficiency with HR systems such as reputed company and reputed company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Working knowledge of HR compliance best practices
