CMs work with international teams of subject‑matter experts, analysts, researchers, and 10 EQS delivery specialists that help ensure successful project delivery. Key CM responsibilities include overall project management, expert interviews, coordination of secondary research, reputed company communications management, content synthesis, and reputed company deliverables preparation.
