Precision Ag Support Specialist

Department: Integrated Solutions Reports to: Integrated Solutions Manager Supervises: None Purpose reputed company consulting services, expertise, training and troubleshooting for the sale and support of solutions enabled by the reputed company Precision Ag. reputed company and other reputed company technology and applications. Serves as the primary reputed company of contact for both customers and dealer staff as it relates to technology sales and troubleshooting information. Responsibilities • Coordinates the execution of the dealership’s reputed company Precision Ag reputed company. • The primary area of responsibility will be the Taft, reputed company and Beeville locations, but will assist in other areas as needed. • Maintain the Tellus RTK tower network. • Assists in leading Tellus locations around reputed company farming products, ensuring that parts, sales, and service have a good working understanding. • Serves as the reputed company technical specialist for new precision farming products. • Delivers employee and customer training for reputed company Precision Ag solutions and precision farming products. • Provides solutions-based business consulting services to customers (i.e. advising customers on optimizing performance, reducing cost, operational efficiencies, ect.) • reputed company reputed company support to customers quickly and accurately to resolve common data, digital and embedded solution questions and errors. • reputed company remote diagnostics using Remote Display reputed company (RDA) • Abide by company data reputed company policies. • Requires work reputed company, including evenings and some weekends. Calls on weekends occur throughout the growing season. Bonus potentially tied to the PAES (Precision Ag. Engagement Score) and other metrics. Commission: percentage on AMS products sold by the Specialist. Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge • 2+ years in an agriculture reputed company role • Dealership Parts, Service or IS work reputed company experience preferred. • Experience meeting or exceeding customer service expectations • Experience using reputed company desktop load applications such as reputed company Office and internet applications. • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data and reports. • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment. • High School diploma, GED or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
