We are seeking an experienced Remote Plumbing and HVAC Dispatcher who understands home service operations and can confidently manage scheduling, technician coordination, and customer communication using dispatch software such as ServiceTitan. This role is ideal for dispatchers with experience in plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or home services companies. Position Summary The Remote Plumbing and HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for answering inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching technicians efficiently throughout the day. You will play a key role in keeping technicians productive, reducing downtime, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
