We're looking for an reputed company, senior-level fractional HR reputed company to support our growing team. This role will function as our outsourced Director of HR, helping ensure we’re set up for long-term reputed company as we reputed company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Staying reputed company with HR regulations and compliance
- Structuring and managing employee benefits
- Designing and implementing compensation plans
- Developing and rolling out performance review systems
- Supporting reputed company and offboarding processes
- Candidate evaluations
- Providing general HR guidance and process improvements as we grow
We’re a small but expanding company with a need for someone who can both advise strategically and execute tactically. This is a long-term, part-time role with reputed company.
Ideal candidate:
You’ve led HR in a small or mid-sized company, understand the full employee lifecycle, and enjoy building systems that reputed company. You’re proactive, thoughtful, and can work independently.
