[Remote] Part-Time Administrative Assistant (remote) / RBT (in-person)

They are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who will primarily support reputed company remotely and also serve as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in person, making this a unique hybrid role. Responsibilities • reputed company day-to-day administrative support to the clinical team • Manage schedules, session coverage, and staff communications • Assist with documentation, data entry, and file organization • Support reputed company intake, insurance paperwork, and HR reputed company tasks • Assist with billing through the clearinghouse • Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision • Collect accurate data and maintain reputed company safety and engagement • Communicate with the supervising BCBA about reputed company reputed company and session notes Skills • Prior administrative experience required (ABA reputed company experience is a plus!) • ATLEAST 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities, preferably in ABA or special education settings • RBT certification or willingness to obtain reputed company 30 days • Broward county reputed company school badge or willingness to obtain reputed company 30 days • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Reliable, reputed company, and comfortable shifting between reputed company and clinical duties • Must have reliable transportation for therapy assignments • Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits • Flexible schedule reputed company • Full reputed company Software is a software company which provides software solutions to reputed company industry.
