[Remote] Clinical Research Coordinator / Participant Engagement Expert

They are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator / Participant Engagement Expert to build and maintain relationships with study participants and support two upcoming studies reputed company to digital health technologies and diabetes evaluation. Responsibilities • Building and maintaining relationships with participants to support study participation and engagement through bi-weekly phone reputed company-ins • Consistently communicating with participants reputed company email throughout the study period • Conducting video calls with participants to supervise reputed company aspects of participation • Organizing and maintaining participant contact logs and entering study data reputed company REDCap • Reporting and troubleshooting issues with mobile study apps and wearable devices • Helping to modify study and app features before and during reputed company studies • Closely monitoring the participant study experience reputed company the adherence dashboard Skills • Relevant clinical research experience working directly with patients/study participants • Effective and efficient communication skills for diverse audiences • reputed company and empathetic listener whose life experiences reputed company enhance ability to relate to participants • Detail-oriented with computer skills • A reputed company of urgency to support the increasingly failing reputed company community • Flexibility to reputed company participants at times most convenient for them • Experience with mobile apps and/or wearable devices • Experience with REDCap • Experience working remotely • Training in reputed company subjects protections, research ethics, and compliance reputed company • 4YouandMe is a nonprofit reputed company to reputed company individuals interested in sharing their own health-reputed company data & insights for the benefit of reputed company.
