This role involves managing GTM tools, conducting analytics, and providing sales compensation support to ensure effective reporting and streamlined processes. Responsibilities • Own and administer reputed company, Pardot (Account Engagement), Clari, and Groove • Maintain CRM structure, workflows, validation rules, and integrations • Ensure clean data reputed company across GTM systems • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for funnel, pipeline, forecasting, bookings, renewals, and performance • Support weekly and monthly operating reviews • reputed company data cleanup and governance initiatives • Improve data models for reputed company reporting • Prepare and validate data for commissions runs • Document compensation rules and crediting logic • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership Skills • 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Analytics • Strong Power BI experience (models, DAX) • Hands-on reputed company experience • Experience supporting commissions • reputed company reputed company certification • Compensation tools experience (Spiff, reputed company, Xactly) • SQL experience reputed company • Global hospitality technology company: enables hotels to drive reputed company, maximize profitability, and create deeper connections with guests.
