**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team and help us streamline our driver onboarding process. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email. **Responsibilities**
As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Reviewing applications and insurance and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
* Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
* Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
* Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding status
* Providing exceptional customer service to delivery professionals and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
**Experience**
While we don't require any specific experience, we're looking for candidates with a strong background in data entry, human resources, customer service, or a related field. If you have experience working with gig app workers or in a similar role, that's a definite plus! We're also looking for candidates with an Associate's degree or above, although it's not required.
**Skills and Qualifications**

* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on the candidate's skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
