**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a helpful bonus
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
**Requirements**
To join our team, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Meet the qualifications listed above
* Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
