Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including underwriters, attorneys, and clients. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing a high volume of title orders. Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting while adhering to company policies and procedures. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to commercial title examinations. Collaborate with team members and provide guidance and support as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Assist with training and mentoring junior title examiners as needed. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements.
