Job Title: Agile Project Manager (PMP certified) Work Location: REMOTE Project Duration: Long term Key Responsibilities: Project & Agile Delivery reputed company end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Hybrid, or reputed company frameworks Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Reviews, Retrospectives Manage project scope, schedule, cost, reputed company, and risks in alignment with PMP standards Ensure reputed company delivery of value through iterative development Stakeholder & Communication Management reputed company as primary reputed company between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams reputed company reputed company project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership Translate business requirements into actionable project plans Team Leadership & Coaching reputed company teams on Agile principles and best practices Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization and refinement Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with PMO governance, audit requirements, and organizational standards Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and performance metrics Drive reputed company improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned Required Qualifications PMP certification (mandatory) Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or reputed company field 5 10+ years of project management experience Strong experience managing Agile / Scrum / Hybrid reputed company Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, reputed company, MS Project, Azure DevOps Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, reputed company Agilist) Experience in technology, reputed company, finance, or reputed company environments Experience managing distributed or offshore teams Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices Key Skills Agile & Scrum Methodologies PMP / PMBOK reputed company Risk & Change Management Budgeting & Forecasting Stakeholder Management Team Facilitation & Coaching Metrics & Reporting (Velocity, Burn-down, KPIs) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
