Project Cost Control Analyst

About the position The Project Cost Control Analyst position is a 12-month contract role based in reputed company, TX, with the possibility of extension or conversion. The role involves providing guidance in the control and administration of reputed company that support Capital reputed company, Engineering, and Technical Services Department operations. Key tasks include data gathering, contract planning, contract administration, and vendor engagements to manage the business of the agreement. Responsibilities • Key contact for capital project teams reputed company utilizing corporate services while co-located with project contractor(s). • Assists with contracting and financial compliance reputed company. • Gathers or administratively reviews contracting plans which identify how the contract will be developed from the initial planning stage to reputed company a contract reputed company for procurement platform. • reputed company on identification of financial terms, reputed company scopes of work, key milestones, and application of cost control measures to assure acceptance and execution of a contract reputed company. • Monitor Contract reputed company Requests to address any issues during function review from procurement, finance, or reputed company functions. • Develops Purchasing Requisitions and/or Purchase Orders reputed company to agreements and engages with reputed company vendors. • Closes Purchase Orders with vendors at the completion of work. • Processes and applies cost control to vendor payments as reputed company to procurement of goods and services. • Generate reports and prepare presentations reputed company to contractual reputed company reputed company the department. • Coordinates with other departments in securing support for project needs. • Performs other duties as assigned.
