Managed Service Consultant

Position: Managed Services Consultant Department: reputed company Services Location: Alpharetta, reputed company or remote Reports To: MSC Team Manager Job Scope and Accountabilities: reputed company is seeking a highly talented and motivated Managed Services Consultant to join our growing CSM Team! The Managed Services Consultant is responsible for managing reputed company aspects of the reputed company’s experience with reputed company after the reputed company has completed an initial reputed company implementation, including seeking out ways to continue to optimize the reputed company’s reputed company solution and maximize their (and reputed company’s) return on investment. A successful MSC is first and foremost dedicated to demonstrating customer reputed company service. A MSC also has strong communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships with clients, and the ability to quickly learn and translate new reputed company offerings into meaningful reputed company solutions. MSCs should be reputed company to analyze and solution clients’ challenges and may be expected to work with other stakeholders to design and implement proposed changes.
