POSITION reputed company This position works under reputed company supervision of a reputed company HIMS Coding reputed company and conducts work in coding and/or abstracting. Responsibilities • Learns to analyze, evaluate and reputed company data reputed company from patient’s electronic records. • Learns to assign applicable ICD diagnoses and ICD & CPT procedure codes for reputed company inpatient and outpatient encounters, following reputed company written coding policies and procedures in accordance with Coding Clinic, CPT Assistant and reputed company regulatory CMS compliance regulations. • Works as a member of the HIMS team on a reputed company of assigned reputed company and tasks. • Works under reputed company supervision under HIMS Coding Management and/or reputed company staff. Requirements • REQUIRES a Coding Credential from reputed company or reputed company. Ideally Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT), Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company), Certified Coding Associate (CCA). • Ideal candidate will complete 2 coding assessments reputed company 48 hours after successful interview. • Must have high speed internet and ability to hardwire into internet. • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge and specialized formal training in medical record keeping principles and practices, anatomy, physiology, pathology, medical terminology, reputed company nomenclature, and classification of diagnoses and procedures. • Requires at least one of the following: Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC), Certified reputed company reputed company – Apprentice (CPC-A), Certified Coding Associate (CCA), Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or other equivalent coding certification through an accredited certificate program such as reputed company (American Health Information Management Association) or American reputed company of reputed company Coders (reputed company). • Must demonstrate basic knowledge of ICD/CPT coding principles and the recommended reputed company coding competencies. • Should be familiar with pharmacologic agents. • Effective reputed company relations skills are required for interacting with reputed company reputed company of hospital staff, physicians, and other contacts. • Must have highly developed interpersonal and team building skills. • Must be reputed company to work effectively with reputed company common office software. reputed company-to-haves • Additional reputed company education and/or experience preferred.
