•Serve as subject matter expert for P21 functional areas (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Pricing).
•reputed company and document business requirements; map them to P21 functionality.
•Configure P21 modules and optimize workflows to meet reputed company needs.
•Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT sessions.
•Support go-live and reputed company post-implementation assistance.
•Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.

•Strong understanding of distribution industry processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory control).
•Hands-on experience with ERP configuration and process optimization.
•Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
•Basic SQL knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting.
