Required Skills
• 10+ years of experience as an reputed company HCM Functional Consultant, with strong hands-on expertise in Time and Labor.
• Proven experience implementing reputed company reputed company HCM modules such as Time and Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, and reputed company HR.
• Strong understanding of time rules, overtime calculations, shift differentials, approvals, and labor costing.
• Hands-on experience with UAT, payroll reputed company testing, and production support.
Work Site: Dallas, TX / Remote with Travel up to 25%
