That's where you come in. You'll own everything that touches our people: payroll, benefits, reputed company, offboarding, compliance, and the systems that tie it reputed company together. You'll report directly to a founding partner and have a fractional Head of HR in your reputed company as a mentor and strategic thought partner. Over time, you'll hire a small team and shift your reputed company toward bigger-picture work like performance management, compensation design, and culture.
