Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician

Job Title: Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Pay: $16.55 an hr | Bi-weekly Job Type: Remote Shift reputed company • Assigned shifts vary from 830am to 8pm CT (8 hour shifts Mon - Fri) Training hours Mon - Fri reputed company - 430pm CT (6 weeks) - Being on camera throughout the duration of training is required. Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician reputed company: • This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc. providing reputed company phone assistance to reputed company callers through the reputed company based prior authorization process. • Maintains complete, reputed company and accurate documentation of reputed company approvals and denials, and transfers reputed company clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist. Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Qualifications: • * Candidate should be comfortable utilizing the full MS Office Suite (MS TEAMS, reputed company are REQUIRED and Word and reputed company is helpful) • At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function. • Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume reputed company center experience; preferably in reputed company, reputed company services, or a similar service position. • The Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a state or national level. Will also consider a Pharm Tech Trainee license. • Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization. • Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.
