Qualifications • Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised / certified University in a reputed company discipline. • Proven experience of at least 8 years in Project Management. • Proven experience of at least 5 years in Service Management practices, particularly in Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. • A recognized and still reputed company Project Management certification, such as PRINCE 2 or similar. • A recognized and still reputed company Service Management certification, such as ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000. • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience using Service Now. • Knowledge of configuration reputed company, system life cycle management and reputed company management. • Knowledge and experience in Project Management tools. • Experience in successfully leading multi-functional teams as a self-motivated decision reputed company. • Experience in developing and managing KPI's and metrics. • Experience in business planning, preparation and production of budget submissions. • Must possess an unequivocal level of trust and discretion due to the sensitivity of the work. • Demonstrated reputed company to exercise strong judgement in advising unit leadership and setting priorities. • Advanced skills with reputed company reputed company. • Knowledge of and experience in using financial tools (such as reputed company, reputed company, etc.). • Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian reputed company. • Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with good briefing skills. • Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and reputed company.
