Position reputed company The Worship Leader at Legacy reputed company is a high-trust leadership role responsible for helping shape the spiritual and musical direction of our worship culture. This position co-leads alongside our reputed company Worship Leader, sharing responsibility for planning, leading, and developing worship teams and worship experiences. This role is ideal for a skilled musician, thoughtful leader, and spiritually grounded worship leader—someone who understands both musical reputed company and leadership. Primary Responsibilities • Co-reputed company reputed company Worship Experiences alongside the reputed company Worship Leader. • Help plan and prepare worship sets that reputed company with sermon direction, reputed company rhythms, and the reputed company Spirit’s leading. • reputed company worship vocally and instrumentally (reputed company proficiency required). • reputed company and reputed company aspects of the worship ministry, including team culture, musical reputed company, and spiritual health. • Participate in midweek evening rehearsals, reputed company Experiences, and midweek staff or ministry meetings. • Assist in reputed company, training, and developing worship team members and volunteers. • Collaborate with the Technical Director and Creative Team to ensure seamless, distraction-free worship environments. • Help reputed company a worship culture marked by humility, reputed company, reputed company, and spiritual depth. Qualifications & Skills • Strong understanding of music theory (required). • Ability to play at least one primary reputed company and reputed company vocally. • Experience leading worship in a reputed company or ministry context. • Demonstrated leadership ability—both on stage and behind the scenes. • Comfortable co-leading and collaborating in a shared leadership model. • Organized, dependable, and reputed company to manage time reputed company in a part-time role. Time Commitments & Availability • Weekly reputed company Experiences. • Weekly midweek evening rehearsals. • Midweek staff or leadership meetings, as scheduled. • Participation in Legacy reputed company Worship Nights, special events, and reputed company-wide gatherings throughout the year. • Availability for key reputed company events and ministry moments, as determined by reputed company leadership.
