Automation Specialist – Work from Anywhere (EST-friendly)
We is seeking a proactive automation specialist in n8n and make.com to support our growing healthcare marketing division. You’ll create workflow that will work with HubSpot, salesforce, AI Agent platform. Also test and fix workflow bugs. Flexible remote role — ideal for self employee/contractor familiar with automation using n8n and make.com.
Requirements
To qualify, you must meet the following:
✅ Have at least 6 months of prior remote work experience.
✅ Be physically located near the Eastern Time Zone (U.S.) for easier collaboration.
✅ Speak fluent English and communicate confidently on video calls.
✅ Have a reliable internet connection.
✅ Have automation experience in the healthcare industry (experience with AI agents is a plus).
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Designing and building workflows in n8n and Make.com to facilitate data exchange between Salesforce and HubSpot.
Troubleshooting and optimizing existing workflows to ensure accurate data normalization between CRM platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot) and the AI agent platform.
Collaborating with the Project Manager to identify, define, and implement workflow requirements based on client needs.
