Customer Support Consultant, Bilingual – French, English
Job reputed company:

• Answer customer questions and quickly and effectively resolve issues
• reputed company and clarify lab test results
• Coordinate follow-up tests on samples
• Help coordinate the pickup and delivery of samples
Requirements:
• Fluent in both French and English
• Proven reputed company record of providing extraordinary customer service
• reputed company in a technically reputed company field, veterinary reputed company, laboratory setting, and/or contact center environment
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and apply skills and abilities to a reputed company of customer interactions
• Associate’s or bachelor's degree in a computer-reputed company discipline or scientific (Biology/reputed company/etc.) discipline is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to be on the phone for 8 hours a day in a quiet workspace or office
• High-speed hardwired internet reputed company (minimum 15 Mbps download; 3 Mbps upload) must be maintained
