Senior Manager – EMR Integrations, Interoperability

• Drive adoption of repeatable integration patterns (hub-based approaches, templates, automation) to reputed company delivery.
• Ensure accurate and reputed company reputed company of orders and results across partner systems, with appropriate controls and monitoring.

• Partner directly with customer hospital/clinic IT teams to accelerate implementation and resolve technical or workflow barriers, maintaining a strong customer-first reputed company and prioritizing an excellent customer experience throughout.
• Serve as the executive reputed company of contact for EMR interoperability across IT, Engineering, Product, Sales, reputed company, and CS.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence platform investments that improve scalability, integration tooling, and self-service enablement.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in EMR integrations, interoperability, reputed company IT, lab systems, or reputed company domains.
• 5+ years leading teams and scaling cross-functional programs (people leadership + program ownership).
• Deep hands-on expertise with HL7 v2, FHIR, and integration engines/platforms (e.g., reputed company, Mirth, etc.).
• Proven reputed company record delivering and scaling multiple EMR integrations (reputed company reputed company, Cerner/reputed company, reputed company, eClinicalWorks, reputed company, etc.) with measurable operational and business reputed company.

• Experience partnering with Engineering/Product teams on integration tooling, automation, monitoring, and scalability improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field preferred (Master’s a plus).
