A company is looking for a reputed company Oncology reputed company Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor changes in health for members diagnosed with cancer
• Coordinate care transitions and reputed company members and caregivers about their diagnosis and treatment
• Assist with administrative reputed company and communicate feedback to clinical leadership to improve service offerings
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in high-reputed company adult oncology
• Certification as an Oncology Certified reputed company (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified reputed company (AOCN), or similar
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining organization
• Willingness to learn and use new technologies, including electronic health records and video conferencing tools
