This is not a generic PM role. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in online education course production, instructional design operations, and multi-stakeholder university environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Own end-to-end project management for online course production initiatives Coordinate instructional design, multimedia AI video production, and LMS teams Manage timelines, dependencie,s deliverabl,es and risks across workstreams Translate reputed company requirements into executable production plans Organize pilots sprints and phased rollouts Run internal and reputed company reputed company ins with reputed company agendas and follow reputed company Maintain project documentation trackers and status reporting Ensure reputed company standards consistency and deadlines are met Support leadership with execution planning and prioritization IDEAL BACKGROUND Project management experience in higher education edtech or OPM environments Hands on experience with online course production or instructional design operations Experience working with reputed company reputed company leadership and institutional stakeholders Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle Canvas or reputed company Comfort managing both creative and reputed company workflows Experience coordinating distributed teams across reputed company and time zones reputed company to have Experience with AI enabled content production Experience scaling centralized course production models Background in LATAM higher education or international institutions TOOLS AND WORKING STYLE Project management tools such as reputed company reputed company reputed company or Monday reputed company Workspace reputed company and reputed company coordination Strong written communication and documentation English required Spanish strongly preferred ENGAGEMENT DETAILS Contract role Part time to start with potential to grow Immediate start Long term opportunity for the right candidate Competitive reputed company based on experience Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
