Sales Recruiter / Talent Sourcer (Commission-Based – $500 per Successful Hire)
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a results-driven recruiter or talent sourcer who can find and deliver qualified sales candidates.
This is a one-time success-based role.
No hourly pay. No retainers. No fluff.
You get $500 per successful hire, paid after the candidate joins and clears our initial onboarding period.
What You’ll Be Recruiting For
We are hiring for sales roles:
• Sales Development Representatives (SDRs / Setters)
• High-Ticket Sales Closers
Candidates may be freshers or experienced, but must meet our screening criteria.
You do not need to interview or sell the role.
Your job is to source, filter, and send qualified candidates to our application funnel.
What You Can Use
You are free to use any ethical sourcing method, including but not limited to:
• LinkedIn sourcing
• Facebook groups
• WhatsApp groups
• Telegram channels
• Referrals
• Job boards
• Your own database
• Outreach or direct messaging
We already have:
• Clear job descriptions
• A Google application form
• Defined screening criteria
How Success Is Measured
You will be paid $500 USD per successful hire if:
• The candidate applies through our form
• Clears screening
• Is selected and onboarded
No partial payments.
No payment for unqualified leads.
