Talent Sourcer for Recruitment
Seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to identify and submit qualified candidates for specific roles. This is a sourcing-only position, where you'll use your own tools and platforms to source candidates, conduct initial outreach, and submit profiles for review. Compensation is performance-based, with bonuses for candidates reaching the 2nd-round interview and higher bonuses for hires. Requirements include proven experience in talent sourcing, strong boolean search skills, and the ability to assess role fit. Must have your own sourcing tools and accounts. Remote, flexible hours, with potential for ongoing collaboration.
