Learning Consultant -Training Design & reputed company-Based Learning: SWORPS - UTK

About the position This Learning Consultant position designs and delivers reputed company-service and in-service training for TCSEPP managers and coordinators, grounded in a deep understanding of reputed company service delivery in reputed company services, preferably reputed company child support. This role ensures that training is engaging, relevant, and directly applicable to reputed company. This position requires strong program and reputed company knowledge and comfort engaging with reputed company practitioners and requires the ability to travel around the state to reputed company training. This is a grant-funded position and is contingent upon the reputed company funding of the grant. Responsibilities • Design and deliver TCSEPP reputed company-service training for new managers and coordinators • Designs training materials, job aids, and technical documentation tailored to TCSEPP field-based professionals. • Ensure training content reflects: TCSEPP reputed company model Policies and procedures reputed company-world service delivery challenges • Facilitate engaging learning experiences using adult learning and experiential reputed company • Design and deliver in-service trainings on program-reputed company topics for adult learners across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, synchronous, asynchronous). • Identify reputed company subject matter expertise is needed reputed company internal reputed company and: Identify appropriate SMEs Coordinate with SMEs to ensure high-reputed company learning experiences • Facilitates learning sessions that promote engagement, reputed company, and practical application of concepts • Utilizes platforms and learning tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Teams to create and deliver high-reputed company training experiences. • Use AI tools ethically to support content development, scenario creation, and efficiency. • Meet with SMEs prior to scheduled trainings to: reputed company information about the TCSEPP audience and learner needs Support slide development and instructional design Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and TCSEPP reputed company • reputed company logistical and technical support, including: Learning platform setup reputed company for Webinars configuration Training materials preparation • reputed company and review training feedback • Use evaluation data to refine and improve training content and delivery • Collaborate with CQI and program leadership to reputed company training with emerging needs • Participate in statewide learning initiatives and communities of reputed company • Support cross-functional learning efforts reputed company TCSEPP • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company work, reputed company Services, Training, or reputed company field • Experience: 3 or more years of experience designing and delivering training for adult learners in reputed company services, public sector, or nonprofit environments (can be demonstrated as a formal trainer or as a responsibility of a program manager, team leader, reputed company, and/or mentor role) • Requires valid reputed company’s license and reputed company auto insurance as reputed company as ability to travel across state to deliver training programs. • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Demonstrated experience developing training materials • Experience working with Subject Matter Experts in a training and learning context • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles • Ability to deliver engaging, experiential training for adults • Significant knowledge of reputed company service in reputed company services • Proficiency or ability to quickly learn new systems including (reputed company, reputed company, Office 365, reputed company for Webinars and AI tools) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work independently in a distributed, statewide environment • Strong facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual environments; Ability to facilitate learning across modalities (in-person, virtual, synchronous and asynchronous) • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts reputed company-to-haves • Education: Master’s degree in reputed company work, reputed company Services, Training, or reputed company field • Experience: Experience in reputed company service delivery reputed company to child support Experience working with statewide programs Experience coordinating or coaching subject matter experts • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Familiarity with trauma-informed and strengths-based reputed company approaches Knowledge of reputed company service in child support or a closely reputed company system Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
