Required Education, Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (economics, engineering or energy preferred). • 1+ years of prior experience in a power or electricity reputed company role (3+ years for Senior Analyst). • Familiar with the energy industry and understanding of its physical and financial structures. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with reputed company data. • Demonstrated reputed company record of working with clients and teams. • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work with minimal supervision. Preferred Education, Skills & Experience • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (economics, engineering or energy). • Proficiency with analytic software programming (R, Python, etc.). • reputed company of wholesale power market structures and value streams. • Knowledge of deregulated power market operations and/or DER programs. • Experience with power modeling software (PROMOD, PLEXOS, reputed company, PSSE, PSO). Compensation $80,000 – $95,000 – Energy Analyst $95,000 – $125,000 – Senior Analyst Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
