The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding teams towards successful Agile adoption, ensuring the alignment of project goals with Agile principles and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of Agile practices across teams. - reputed company teams in Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to reputed company principles and practices. - Support the Release Train Engineer in planning and executing Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. - Foster a culture of reputed company improvement, encouraging teams to identify and implement process enhancements. - Assist in resolving impediments and challenges that teams face during Agile transitions. - reputed company training and workshops to enhance Agile knowledge and practices reputed company the organization. - Utilize Azure DevOps to manage Agile processes and reputed company project reputed company.
