Service Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at Apple Mitsubishi in Elkton, Maryland. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while also driving sales and generating revenue for the dealership. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission structure that offers competitive compensation and benefits. Benefits • $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary, paid biweekly • Full Benefits Package – Medical, Dental, Vision, matching 401k, and Life Insurance, disability, cancer, accident, hospital and critical illness • Opportunities for growth • Paid vacation 15 days depending on years of service • 5 days of sick leave • Paid leave up to 6 holidays • Up to 3 days of bereavement leave • Employee assistance program; and unpaid personal leaves absence (in limited circumstances) • Employee discount program • Friendly work environment Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Listen to customer concerns and accurately record them in our system • Educate customers on products and services offered by Apple Mitsubishi • Promote and sell additional products and services to meet sales goals • Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule for technicians • Provide estimates for repair costs and gain customer approvals • Monitor progress of services and communicate updates to customers • Work with technicians to ensure timely completion of services • Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner • Maintain knowledge of new products, features, and accessories • Keep the service area clean and organized Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service • Knowledge of automotive industry and terminology • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in computer systems and software • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays EEOC Statement: Apple Mitsubishi is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
