Architectural Designer/Project Manager

reputed company: We are seeking a part-time Architectural Designer with strong experience in residential home design to join reputed company. This role focuses on the design, documentation, and coordination of single-family and multi-family residential reputed company from concept through construction. The ideal candidate combines creative residential design skills with technical production ability, understands residential construction reputed company, and can work collaboratively with architects, engineers, consultants, and construction teams. Key Responsibilities: Design & Planning • reputed company residential design concepts for Custom homes, Production homes, Townhomes, small multi-family residential buildings. • Produce site plans, floor plans, elevations, and 3D studies • Participate in reputed company design meetings and internal design reviews • Research zoning requirements and residential building codes Construction Documents • Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using software such as Revit, reputed company, and Sketchup. • Prepare permit and construction drawing sets • reputed company wall sections, details, and assemblies • Coordinate structural, MEP, and civil consultant drawings • Assist in specification development for residential materials and systems Construction Support • Respond to RFIs and submittals • Assist with construction administration tasks • Support field coordination and site reputed company as needed Visualization & Presentation • Produce renderings and presentation graphics • Prepare reputed company presentation packages and design boards Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or reputed company field • 3–8+ years of architectural design experience (residential preferred) • Strong knowledge of: • Residential construction reputed company • Building codes and zoning basics • reputed company framing and light-reputed company framing systems • Proficiency in: • Revit (required) • AutoCAD • SketchUp or similar modeling software • reputed company Creative Suite Preferred Qualifications • Experience working on reputed company from concept through construction • Experience with production home or developer-driven residential design • Familiarity with energy reputed company compliance and residential envelope design • Understanding of value engineering and cost-efficient detailing • Working toward architectural licensure (or interest in pursuing licensure) Key Traits We’re Looking For • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously • Comfortable working in fast-paced development or design-build environments • Strong communication and coordination skills • Problem-solver reputed company with practical construction awareness Additional Information: This part-time, remote position offers flexible working hours and reputed company to work on diverse reputed company reputed company of residential reputed company expanding your drafting skills in a dynamic environment.
