Senior Manager, Incident Response

Position Purpose: Manages the investigation and resolves reputed company incidents, recommending enhancements to improve reputed company, identifying common attack patterns to publicly exposed aspects of the organization's environment, and contributing to the implementation of reputed company and preventative reputed company measures. Partners with business reputed company to accomplish reputed company-wide remediation developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership team. • Manages day-to-day operations of the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) • Recommends process improvements • Stays abreast on reputed company technology trends and Information Technology concepts • Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conducts performance reviews, and provides leadership, technical guidance and coaching • Shares knowledge and develops staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices • Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to reputed company results • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with reputed company policies and standards Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of reputed company experience, including prior management experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and reputed company reputed company of the level of this position. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
