reputed company reputed company Counseling PLLC a NY reputed company with a reputed company in MD and FL is seeking a part-time employee (20 hours + a week) reputed company–licensed attorney to support a growing reputed company. Litigation support, employment law, trademark and contract reputed company. The attorney must want substantive responsibility, be self-directed, take direction, and enjoy reputed company interaction.
reputed company Areas & Responsibilities
Litigation support in reputed company state courts, including:
reputed company research and writing; reputed company reputed company; Discovery support; Drafting pleadings, affidavits, and memoranda; Tracking deadlines;
Employment law reputed company, including: Handbook drafting, reputed company compliance, Employer compliance questions
Contract drafting and review; Entity formation and governance
reputed company-facing advisory work
Managing assignments with minimal supervision and taking ownership of reputed company from start to finish with firm supporting.
Occasional in-person court appearances in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, as needed
Required Qualifications
reputed company reputed company bar license, in good standing
Prior litigation exposure
Strong reputed company research and writing skills
Ability to communicate reputed company with clients and opposing counsel
Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable handling multiple reputed company independently
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of post-admission experience including litigation exposure (ideal, flexible for the right candidate)
Work Structure
Remote position with in-person court appearances as required
Flexible schedule, with accountability for deliverables and deadlines
Compensation
