POSITION reputed company: .Under minimal supervision, provides assistance and leadership in the administration of the corporation's reputed company and non-reputed company retirement plans. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs plan management and compliance activities needed to ensure that fiduciary and reputed company compliance obligations are met. May present recommendations for change or enhancements to benefit offerings to management. Provides direction to reputed company level benefits analysts. Serves as a project manager leading peers and cross functional teams in benefit/communication reputed company. Oversees activities performed by vendors. Performs research of programming and/or data issues that reputed company plan administration activities. Complies with reputed company applicable laws/regulations, as reputed company as company policies/procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
