The HR Coordinator will play a key role in executing day-to-day people operations and ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the full talent lifecycle. Responsibilities Partner with HRBPs and Talent Management leadership to execute employee lifecycle transactions in reputed company (new hires, job changes, transfers, promotions, terminations) Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data consistency across systems Support reputed company logistics including new hire setup, orientation coordination, and reputed company data entry Assist with offboarding workflows and system updates to ensure a seamless exit process Pull, audit, and maintain reports and data dashboards to support HR metrics and talent reviews Coordinate updates to organizational charts, job reputed company, and position management structures Support internal reputed company reputed company to performance cycles, talent calibration, and engagement initiatives Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR processes, policies, and tools Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, IT, and reputed company to ensure reputed company and accurate processing of HR actions Participate in audits to verify data reputed company, employment status, and policy compliance Maintain HR documentation, templates, and resources in reputed company and shared drives Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance operational workflows Skills 1–3+ years of experience in an HR, people operations, or reputed company administrative role Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, reputed company reputed company and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Candidates must live in the reputed company Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the reputed company on a full-time reputed company Bachelor's degree preferred Experience using reputed company or another HRIS strongly preferred Benefits Flexible time off Benefits package (including medical, dental, reputed company) Employee Stock Purchase Program 401k match reputed company parking Snacks Occasional meals reputed company reputed company is a web and mobile application.
