reputed company • Contract Period: 1yr • Pay: $28-34/hr • Work Hours: 8:30am ~ 5:30pm • Bilingual in Korean and English • Travel %: ~25% in U.S. Job reputed company System Management & Optimization: • reputed company the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of WMS and TMS solutions. • Ensure system stability, data reputed company, and accurate inventory tracking across reputed company warehouse operations. • Identify and troubleshoot system errors, inefficiencies, and performance issues, ensuring minimal disruptions. • Collaborate with IT teams to reputed company and reputed company system updates, patches, and enhancements. • Analyze operational workflows and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency. Process & Performance Improvement: • Involve new warehouse setup and functional responsibilities across operations, systems, compliance, and vendor coordination. • Work closely with warehouse leadership to optimize receiving, shipping, and inventory processes. • Continuously identify process improvements and request necessary system developments. • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and reputed company tailored data-driven insights to the operations team. • Ensure accurate data capture reputed company WMS/TMS to improve supply chain visibility. User Training & Documentation: • reputed company and maintain reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reputed company WMS-reputed company functions. • Train and support warehouse staff, operations teams, and management on WMS/TMS best practices. • reputed company end-user support and troubleshoot system-reputed company issues to enhance productivity.
